We love a Blush Pink Wedding at Victoria Millésime. It became very popular a few years ago for weddings and doesn’t look to be going anywhere soon, which suits us just fine!
If you’re deciding on a wedding theme, a blush pink wedding theme is beautiful anytime of year, and is utterly feminine and beautiful.
The Inspiration
The Ingredients for your Blush Pink Wedding
We’ve chosen a stunning Vera Wang dress with a slight trumpet skirt and a gorgeous blush pink sash as the centre piece for our blush pink wedding inspiration board. This style of dress never goes out of fashion – a totally timeless silhouette (and very similar to what owner and creative director Victoria wore for her wedding!) that is super flattering as the boning over the waist and across the bodice creates beautiful curves.
Perfectly coordinating with the dress are these gorgeous peep-toe Jenny Packham shoes from Debenhams (and they’re on sale! Hurrah!). In a beautifully soft pink and with Jenny Packham’s trademark bit of Art Deco sparkle, these shoes are the perfect match for our blush pink wedding.
Pale pink roses are a must have for our inspiration board, and they look exquisite topping this wedding cake. And not only do they look pretty, but using fresh flowers to decorate a wedding cake is also a great way to keep the cost of your cake design down.
Use coordinating flowers for your bouquet and table centre pieces and your Blush Pink Wedding is starting to come together beautifully.
For the finishing touch, of course we need a coordinating headpiece in our Blush Pink Wedding Inspiration. We’ve chosen the Vintage Blossom Bouquet Comb from our Original Millesime Collection. The blush and dusky pink roses are simply gorgeous and would look stunning on the Vera Wang dress. There is also a matching sash available which would be beautiful as an alternative look for your dress.
There you have it – our top picks for a Blush Pink Wedding. We’d love to hear from you if you’re planning one yourself, or perhaps if you’ve already had your Blush Pink Wedding?
