An interview with Victoria at Their London Bridal Shop The Boutique

Recently we had the pleasure of welcoming Stu from Confetti and Silk Wedding Videographers into The Boutique – our London bridal shop opened in October 2016 – to show him around. We have worked with him on several styled photoshoots and he was really intrigued to see The Boutique for himself and see all we had to offer.Interview with London Bridal Shop owners Vicky and Tori

Stuart’s company Confetti and Silk make beautiful wedding videos – often an overlooked element of wedding planning. I deeply regret not having a videographer for our own wedding 8 years ago – I think my daughter now would absolutely love being able to watch her mummy and daddy saying their vows, cutting their cake, and having their first dance. There are definitely elements to your wedding day that just can’t be captured on film photography and make the most amazing keepsake for future generations on video.

While Stuart was here, we showed him around The Boutique London bridal shop and discussed our upcoming plans for styled photoshoots styled and organised by The Boutique (Tori’s almost full-time second job!!). We have a very very exciting shoot coming up in June with amazing wedding photographer Jay Emme that most definitely needs to include video, and Stuart is just the man for this.

I’m not very used to being in front of the camera, my comfort zone is definitely behind my workbench with jewels and tools! But we didn’t do too badly here (mostly due to Stu’s fantastic editing I think).
