Rose gold was one of THE big trends for 2017. Brides just loved the soft, somewhere-in-between look of rose gold. Not as yellow as traditional gold, but warmer and more feminine than silver. And of course, the other major trend for 2017 has been wedding hair vines. So today we’re taking a look at some of our favourite rose gold hair vines.
By the way, did you know what actually makes rose gold? Rose gold is actually made by mixing a small amount of silver (usually around 4%) to 75% gold and 21% copper. Clara Rose Gold Hair Vines
The Clara Rose Gold Bridal Hair Vine is one of my personal favourites. It is adorned with delicate freshwater pearls in the softest blush pink, alongside individual orchid flowers of rose gold. Tiny sprays of seed beads finish this piece off.
Freya Rose Gold Hair Vines
The Freya Rose Gold Wedding Hair Vine is another favourite. Freya is shown here in a more coppery tone of rose gold, which is so beautiful for an Autumn Wedding.
Extra Long Rose Gold Hair Vines
Recently, we have had more and more brides looking for extra long hair vines. Brides are absolutely loving the look of long, loose braids with wedding hair vines woven through them. Therefore, many brides are choosing to grow their hair out before the wedding. And with long hair, you need a long hair vine!
We worked tiny freshwater pearls into this beautiful rose gold wedding hair vine. The wedding was in October, and the bride wanted to bring out the warm, autumnal tones in her hair vine. We were happy to oblige! We twisted lustrous freshwater pearls along the entire length of this wedding hair vine. The bride wanted a larger, wider section at the beginning of the hair vine which she would pink along the side of her head, before tapering the hair vine into a more narrow shape to twist into her braid. We added little silvery grey seed pearls to complement her bridesmaids dresses and pick up on one of her wedding colours.
