The gorgeous Jen came to see me during the summer, looking for some inspiration for her bridal headpiece. She loved the idea of both the gold wedding hair vine as well as one of my bridal hair combs.
In particular, she really liked the delicate enamel petals in the Freya Rose Gold Hair Vine which is our signature design. She loved the idea of wearing this Hair Vine at the back of her head, but also wanted to have some detail going all the way around the front like a pearl bridal halo. So after trying on a number of pieces, Jen decided to create a bespoke gold wedding hair vine that combined the delicate appearance of the halo with the statement of the Freya Hair Vine at the back for a full circlet!
Jen’s Words On Her Bespoke Gold Wedding Hair Vine
All of the pieces in Vicky’s collection are wonderful. I had decided to have my shoulder length hair down and curled for my wedding day, and quickly discovered that almost all of the pieces I could find online were much more suited to a traditional ‘up-do’ than for hair down. Thankfully, I found Victoria Millésime and all was well!
Having the entire collection at The Boutique is fantastic – I couldn’t find anywhere else that had any suitable pieces to try in-store and the only other option seemed to be ordering online and trying them at home.
When I visited Vicky, she showed me some great options and I quickly worked out what styles suited me and my wedding dress. In the end, I decided I liked a simple halo, but also a more intricate hair vine, and Vicky created my own bespoke gold wedding hair vine by combining these two items into one beautiful halo. There were plenty of opportunities to alter the colours and styles and I have now have a beautiful unique piece, without any extra charges compared to the standard items combined.
When I came to collect my item, it was slightly too big, but one of the other staff at The Boutique carefully altered it while I waited – the customer service throughout the process has been amazing, and I am so pleased with what I wore on the day. Thank you!
