We were thrilled last month to have one of our photoshoots features in You & Your Wedding magazine. This beautiful shoot, photographer by Anneli Marinovich and styled by Something Blue Wedding Planning was such a stunning project to be a part of. We supplied beautiful, romantic wedding accessories, which were paired perfectly with the most incredible pale floral dress by Needle and Thread.

Emma’s (Something Blue) styling was absolutely spot on for this photoshoot. Plenty of greenery beautifully enhances the blush pink and pale lilac florals. The pairing of these two keep the romantic appeal of this inspiration shoot fresh and modern.

And can we talk about the cake, by Blushing Cook?? Absolute botanical perfection, and it really shows that you don’t need your wedding cake piled high with flowers to look stunning. The combination of sage green painted leaves across all five tiers along with some real greenery twisted around the cake is simply perfect. Finished off with a few white flowers, all set on a white cake stand. Totally fresh, original, and modern, while still keeping to the romantic brief of the shoot.

Styling With Romantic Wedding Accessories

We were asked to provide romantic wedding accessories but with a modern twist for this photoshoot. We chose our Gold Filligree Earrings (£23) for this.

These earrings have a slight botanical feel to them, with the delicate intertwining leaves and flower in the centre, while still being gorgeously symmetrical. We think they look absolutely stunning with that gorgeous Needle and Thread dress. And slightly oversized, gold earrings are a strong trend for 2018 romantic wedding accessories. The bonus? You get to wear them time and time again after the wedding! Equally fab with jeans and a white shirt as they are with a beautiful wedding dress.
