Victoria’s hair accessories are so unbelievably lovely. I stumbled upon the shop while google-searching for bridal hair combs. I wanted something with a floral/botanical design and a vintage feel. I also wanted something more special than what you would find at a high-street shop, but I also wanted something that was reasonably affordable. I ended up coming across Vicky’s website but didn’t read it carefully, and I didn’t even realise the pieces were bespoke! I came into the shop (which is so very cute) for an appointment where Vicky helped me try on a number of combs to see what I liked, and then we adjusted the elements to match my dress and other jewellery. Given that the design was bespoke, she also sent me photos of the piece while it was in progress to make sure that I was happy with the design as it came together. The result was beautiful, and my picture attached to the review doesn’t do it justice. I got so many compliments on my hair at the wedding!

I initially contacted Vicky to ask her about making a custom side tiara for my wedding day. I was so impressed with her through the process that I ended up asking her to also make two bracelets for my bridesmaids out of a necklace, as I was struggling to find matching bracelets I liked. There was a bit of necklace left over, so I then asked her to make a headband for my flower girl using the remaining bit of necklace.

Vicky was extremely patient throughout the process, responding quickly to my many e-mails, keeping me updated on the progress, and making changes whenever I wished. She really listened to what I wanted, but also offered suggestions / advice without being pushy, which was helpful as I’m not an artistic person! It is nice to feel that I have been involved in the design but have ended up with something much better than if I had tried to design something entirely by myself!

All of the items are beautiful, and look even better in real life than in the photos Vicky sent me. They are high quality, and also arrived in very nice boxes. The tiara is so pretty that I don’t want to wait until my wedding day to wear it, so I have been walking around the house in jogging pants and a tiara!

Victoria pieces are absolutely unique and special. I had a very particular request to have a meaningful piece that will make my grandma present with me on my day.

Victoria designed a bracelet and a head piece in record time. The pieces looked amazing (and everyone commented on it), but more importantly the design and craftsmanship were incredibly meaningful to me as an individual.

I can not recommend Victoria high enough if you are looking for something really special and meaningful to wear. Every single penny you invest on this, is really worth it.

After being impressed with the custom tiara and other jewellery Vicky made for me for my wedding, I asked her to make a headband and a bracelet using material from my wedding dress, and was again very impressed with the results.

She listened to what I wanted again, was responsive in communication, and consulted me about options but also used her own creativity without leaving too much up to someone non-artistic like me, helping me turn my vague ideas into two beautiful pieces of jewellery.

Amazing place. I found what I needed in like 20 minutes, also was quick to adjust the size and design to what I wanted to have. Beautiful, highly recommended.

I absolutely loved buying my wedding headpiece in Victoria’s shop! Initially my fiancé and I had a wander around the shop to get some ideas for the perfect headpiece. We picked a style and Victoria then helped me to customise it to fit perfectly with my other accessories. I loved the whole experience and cannot recommend Vicky’s shop enough!

I am so incredibly impressed with the hairpiece that I got from Victoria Millesime. She was able to rush my order to get it completed a week before my wedding, and was very helpful in selecting the design and colour. The hair comb is stunning, with fine details, individually made flowers, and bronze and gold colouring. It is the perfect size and is very well made. I would highly recommend getting a piece from here to any bride!
